Der Malerweg

The Malerweg trail leads over 112 km through the Elbe Sandstone Mountains to the left and right of the Elbe and is divided into eight daily stages. The second one ends in Hohnstein and the third stage of this popular hiking trail begins. So you can relax with us from the last hiking tour and recharge your batteries for the future.

The Elbe Sandstone Mountains Painter Trail combines nature, hiking and art. The hiker can enjoy nature and will find many tourist and cultural highlights of our region right on the way and nearby. Consistent signage, developed paths make it easier to find your way around and when you get hungry, you will find numerous rest areas and places to stop.
